Our clients expect a lot from us and therefore it is paramount that we provide a working environment that helps get the best from each of us. Each of our offices has recently been refurbished to a high standard, offering comfortable surroundings for work, breakout and play. Importantly, we ensure that our energy sources are sustainable and we recycle where we can.
Of course, the health and wellbeing of everyone at Gneiss is a focus. Each member of the team, and their immediate family, has access to private medical insurance and our hybrid working model ensures that each of us can achieve a work / life balance that makes sense for the individual and our business.
As the team grows and the depth of advice we can provide expands, it is vital that we have access to the best opportunities to learn, whether that is keeping up with our CPD requirements through accredited learning or participating in role enhancing training which benefits both individual and the business. These are important considerations, especially as we seek our full FCA accreditation.
