Andrew Coull

Head of Cleantech & Renewables

Andrew is a highly experienced corporate finance specialist. He has worked in leading investment banks and corporate advisory firms for 25+ years and has focused on cleantech and renewables since 2010.

He advises cleantech and renewables companies and investors on project acquisition and disposal, capital raising, M&A and corporate strategy.

Andrew earned a First-Class Honours in Economics and Management from the University of St Andrews in 1995. He then worked in structured finance roles in London and New York for Barclays and Morgan Stanley and in 2010 he launched a new advisory business which became Lonburgh Capital LLP. Lonburgh merged with Gneiss Energy in 2019 and he has been with Gneiss since.

Andrew is also an experienced board member having sat on boards of listed companies (Alteration Earth plc), private companies (Hydro Energy Trading Limited and Dundee Student Villages) and charities (ENABLE Scotland).
