Nick joined Gneiss Energy in 2021 and is a Vice President working across the Oil & Gas and Energy Services & Infrastructure teams.

A highly motivated corporate finance professional, Nick has broad transactional experience in M&A, asset acquisition and divestitures and capital raising, from the initial pitching stage to completion.

Nick graduated with First Class Honours in Economics from the University of Bath. He also holds an Upper-Second Class Honour degree in Law from University College London.
