Experienced corporate finance analyst working across the Energy and Energy Services & Infrastructure teams at Gneiss Energy.

Nicholas is a corporate finance analyst who joined the Gneiss Energy team in 2021. Prior to joining Gneiss, he gained broad financial experience through his internship at Babylon Health. He holds an Economics degree from the University of Bath and and a Law degree from University College London.

Nick graduated with First Class Honours in Economics from the University of Bath. He also holds an Upper-Second Class Honour degree in Law from University College London.

A highly motivated corporate finance analyst, Nick has attained broad transactional experience in M&A, asset acquisition & divestitures and capital raising, from the initial pitching stage to completion. His multi-dimensional approach to work, combined with critical thinking and a passion for energy economics, enables him to navigate complex transactions effectively for clients.
