Rob Logue

Head of Energy Services & Infrastructure

Rob is an experienced corporate finance specialist with a focus on the services and technology into the energy sector. He has experience of M&A, fundraising and strategic advisory and has led on a wider range of transactions from private equity backed corporate M&A to structure project finance funding.

Rob gained a BSc in Biochemistry from University of Newcastle where an interest in commercial finance led him to gain an MCom Major in Finance from the University of Sydney. He worked initially in a range of structured finance roles at Barclays Bank before moving to KPMGs M&A team laterally heading up their coverage of energy services across the UK and joined Gneiss during summer 2023.

A passionate communicator and problem solver, Rob is focused on the energy sector in particular how existing carbon heavy industries work alongside new energy technology to support the transition to net zero. He enjoys working with growth businesses across the value chain from bringing disruptive new technologies to the market to established business looking to grow internationally via M&A activity.
