Paul is an experienced corporate finance specialist with a focus on the oil & gas sector. He has experience in corporate M&A, asset A&D and capital raising and has led on deals for a range of large-cap, mid-cap and small-cap companies in a variety of jurisdictions.

Paul graduated from Pepperdine University in California with a BS in Economics and was valedictorian, and he then received a graduate diploma in Finance and Accounting from the London School of Economics. He began his career at Macquarie Capital in London, where he spent seven years in the natural resources advisory team, focusing on the oil & gas sector, prior to joining Gneiss.

Paul is passionate about the oil & gas sector and is a clear thinker, problem solver and communicator. He is able to break down complex problems into simple solutions, using an analytical approach alongside creative ideas and tenacity to secure the optimum outcome for his clients. He enjoys working with businesses at all stages, from exploration to development to production.
